Activating Administrator Account in Windows 7 Home Basic

Sometimes, as an IT administrator you need to use administrator account to maintain user's PC.
To do it, please follow this steps

1.  Click the Start button, and then type cmd in the search box.
In the search results list, right-click cmd, and then click Run as Administrator.

2.  At the command prompt, typenet user administrator /active:yes, and then press ENTER.

3.  Typenet user administrator , and then press ENTER.
Note: Please replace the tag with your passwords which you want to set to administrator account.
Type exit, and then press ENTER. Log off the current user account.
